Double Choc Cookies
Preperation Time - 15 Min ; Cooking Time - 22 Min ; Makes About - 18 Cookies
Ingredients-
225 gms ( 9 oz ) Plain Flour
225 gms ( 9 oz ) Butter / Margarine / Nutrilite will also do.
165 gms ( 6 oz ) Icing Sugar
75 gms ( 3 oz ) Cornflour
5 Tablespoons Cocoa ( Cadbury works well )
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
Roughly Half a Glass of milk
2 Pinches Salt

1 Big Steel Bowl
A Measureing CupA Beater
A Dish that can go in the oven
A Sieve
2 Plates
Method-1) Sieve the plain flour, cocoa, salt and cornflour together three times. Put this aside.
2) take the bowl and put the sugar inside it. add the melted butter ( you can melt it any way you like ) to it and cream well with the beater.
3) Add the Vanilla Essence and mix well.
4) Add the mixture that you mixed before little by little and cream.
5) Add as much milk is needed to make it a thick liquid which drips off your spoon.
Baking-
Put the mixture in the oven tin and bake at 350F for 20 min.
When it is finished remove and cut it as you like your cookies are ready to serve :D
